Website user-testing provided Visit Jersey with in-depth insights of the user-journey and navigation of their brand new website, identifying key needs to enable a successful launch.

User-testing (UX) interviews using our eye-tracking software in our observation studio with viewing mirrors allowed ‘in the moment’ observation, eye navigation and provided analytics e.g time to 1st fixation, time to clicks, times of completion, heat maps & gaze plots, and behaviours across different devices.

Insights identified vital tweaks which ensured a seamless user experience.
