Annual focus groups are held to track perceptions of the employers of choice here in Jersey and the key decision drivers. By our brand mapping exercises our major Jersey client observed how they are viewed as an employer and positioned in this competitive marketplace.
Exploring perceptions of potential competitors in the sector, how they compare and their overall brand positioning. By using creative projective enabling techniques we were able to explore perceptions of employers of choice at an emotional level as well as the rational. It was interesting how the Government of Jersey contrasted in the different age groups, including a graduate group.
Identifying top 5 employers of choice and understanding why, and distinguishing what are the main resources and channels that are used for job hunts.
