Locate Jersey felt it was time to re-design their marketing materials and website. They wanted to understand from their target audience how their existing website and materials could be improved, and what the key marketing messages and motivational images were going forward. We conducted qualitative research with business owners and high-net worth individual’s at each stage of the process, first looking at the existing materials/website, then co-creating some early draft materials, and finally reviewing and finalising materials. We also conducted eye-tracking UX in depth interviews on the desktop and tablet form of the website. We used NLP and projective techniques throughout the process to get to the core motivations and values of their target audience. Locate Jersey now has an enhanced brand image, with new materials and a responsive website that resonates with, and appeals to, their target audience.
