Customer expectations – User based design – Consultation

Whilst carrying out Aurigny’s website redesign creative agency Oi highlighted a need to consult with passengers in order to provide the best user experience possible whilst using the site and booking systems.

We therefore carried out a number of focus groups in the Channel Islands and UK discussing the needs and expectations of travellers when making a booking online, this helped to inform the initial design strategy, required features and booking system pit falls to avoid.

Two phases of eyetracking UX interviews were then carried out at different stages of the new website’s design, testing site layout, style and navigation.
